CFMoto finalizes details on what will be its 2026 range. The same, on the other hand, will have the recently shown 800MT-ESa version of the well-known Asian model that includes a state-of-the-art electronic suspension system. In some way, the brand wanted to offer this equipment for the first time in what was its initial commitment within the high-performance ADV segment.
CFMoto 800MT-ES 2026: An even more equipped Explore
If we look back, specifically to the month of February 2023, we can see how this was the exact moment in which CFMoto unveiled an Explore Edition version of its current 800MT. An even more touring option, thanks to specific additional equipment focused mainly on improving its technical qualities in all aspects. New elements included a new blind spot warning and monitoring system.
At the mechanical level there were no changes, so the well-known 2-cylinder in-line DOHC engine, liquid-cooled, EFI and eight overhead valves, continued to be the main element of the set. Currently, the result of this mechanical compendium translates into a final power of 91 HP at 9,250 rpm and a maximum torque of 75 Nm at 8,000 revolutions, figures that have changed significantly, with respect to the initial version, in order to adapt to the Euro5+ regulations that currently prevail.
The chassis does not undergo any relevant changes either, so it is assumed that this 800MT-ES is still configured with the well-known tubular steel frame with aluminum subframe and swingarm, KYB suspensions and J. Juan braking. The 19″ front and 17″ rear cast aluminum wheels are shod by Maxxis tubeless tires. To complete the set, the well-known CFMoto ADV model includes extensive equipment:
- Dual channel ABS
- 8” TFT screen
- Center stand
- Hand protectors
- Heated grips and seat
- Bidirectional shift lever
- 4 driving modes, etc.
It is precisely in this section where the addition of the electronic suspension in this 800MT-ES takes the model one step further in terms of dynamism and comfort. The first images of the model confirm at least two different color schemes, maintaining the identifying features of the Explore version.
For now, the brand has not offered official data on the price or the exact time of its commercialization. More information and details on the official CFMoto website.
