Ducati Scrambler has turned 10 years old and, to commemorate it, for a week it celebrated the anniversary with different actions that had CASA SEAT, in Barcelona, as their epicenter. Creativity and a unique lifestyle have been the common denominator of Ducati Scrambler and the different events that have taken place in the emblematic space located in the center of Barcelona.
An unprecedented exhibition with models worked by local artists and classic models, limited editions, a day for design students with Davide Godino, designer of the Stille Center in Borgo Panigale, and even a route for enthusiasts in an afterwork around the city.
Ducati Scrambler 10th Anniversary: Event Summary
The starting signal for this anniversary was the Scrambler Talks, a talk in which Carlos T. López Panisello, General Director of Ducati Spain and Portugal, and Rocco Canosa, Scrambler Ducati Product Sponsor, engaged in an interesting conversation with the Catalan artists Genie Espinosa and El Marquès, in charge of reinterpreting in an artistic key together with the Festival Creativa dos Scrambler Icon on display throughout the week at CASA SEAT.
It was an interesting talk about creativity and design, in an event attended by 150 people and in which there was no shortage of unique motorcycles, good music and food with a marked Italian flavor. For five days, the public was able to immerse themselves in the Scrambler universe, through original models from the 70s manufactured in both Spain and Italy, as well as special editions.
Among them we could enjoy a Scrambler Ducati 10° Anniversario Rizoma Edition, a Scrambler 1100 Tribute Pro or a Desert Sled Fasthouse. An event that also included an exclusive day for 40 fourth-year students of the industrial design degree at IED Barcelona, with a guided tour and an inspirational talk given by Davide Godino, designer of the Ducati Stile Center.
As a culmination, another of the highlights of the anniversary took place with the Afterwork Scrambler Ride, an urban route that took place on Thursday afternoon in which enthusiasts were invited to live the Scrambler experience on two wheels, touring some of the most emblematic corners of Barcelona at sunset. This celebration reaffirms Ducati Scrambler’s commitment to design, creativity and innovation, consolidating its role as a lifestyle icon within contemporary urban motorcycling.
