EK Chain has developed the ZVX3 In response to the demands of the most powerful motorcycles in the market. This new chain of transmission is the result of years of research and development, and inherits the accumulated experience of the Japanese manufacturer since its foundation in 1941. The ZXV3 is exceptionally surprised by the resistance it provides and its durability.

EK Chain ZVX3: NX-Ring technology
The links of the ZVX3 are sealed with the new retainer NX-Ring. We are facing the narrowest and most advanced ring developed to date, and which stands out for the asymmetric section of its X -shaped surface.
The NX retainer exceeds the qualities of the previous QX-Ringhaving applied improvements in the design of the contact surface with the link plate. The NX-Ring achieves a 15% reduction in frictionand is able to dissipate more heat thanks to its optimized design, prolonging the useful life of the chain.
The plates that form the links are made of high strength steel. The space between them has minimized, eradicating any possible slack, which is transmitted in a significant stillness and greater stability in its operation. The profile of the plates has been optimized, now offers a closer contour in its intermediate part, in addition to drilling in the central area.
At the ends, in the contact zone between the links, this surface has increased. Solution that increases its resistance, giving it the distinction of super -relocated chain, in addition to saving weight to the total chain assembly. The ZVX3 has a useful life is 15% higher than the previous generation ZVX2. It is designed for both street motorcycles and circuit of a thousand cubic centimeters or more, and designed for when maximum resistance and durability in secondary transmission is required.
