That the electric motorcycle what? Stark Future invoices 86 million euros and breaks records in the first half of 2026

The economic and business rise of Stark Future is irrefutable, at least if we stick to the numbers presented by the brand in relation to its activity in the second half of 2026. The technology company based in Barcelona maintains its profitability during the first half of this year, with a gross margin that increases 9.3 points year-on-year and a record second quarter.

Stark Future declares revenues of 86 million euros

Barely six months have passed since Stark Future broke sales records in 2025, and announced that it had its sights set on its possible IPO. The brand closed 2025 with a year-on-year growth of 77%, becoming a benchmark within the electric model segment. Under the argument of marketing the “best-selling Enduro motorcycle in the world”there is no doubt that the Barcelona-based firm strengthens its leadership within the two-wheeled sector.

Anton Wassfounder and CEO of Stark Future, stated after the brand’s financial report was released: “We set a plan and exceeded it. Achieving positive EBIT while continuing to invest heavily in new technologies is what really matters. This shows that growth is financed by strong underlying profitability, real demand and disciplined execution, not a waste of cash.”

With declared income of 86 million euros in the first half of 2026up 46% from the previous year, Stark Future confirms that the company was positive on both EBITDA and EBIT during that period, an important indicator of the quality, and not just the pace, of its growth. In this sense, EBITDA reached 5.3 million euros, with a margin of 6.1%, compared to losses of 1.7 million euros in the same period of the previous year.

In summary, this represents a variation of approximately 7 million euros. Gross margin improved 9.3 percentage points year-on-year to 39.6%thanks to the decrease in unit costs of motorcycles as production volume increased. The company delivered 8,124 motorcycles in the semester, 45% more than the previous yearand the second quarter set new records for monthly revenue, dealer sales volume and factory production.

As detailed in the statement itself: “Gross margin grew month-over-month during the second quarter thanks to accrual gains in purchasing and manufacturing. Higher-margin revenues also increased: parts sales more than tripled year-over-year and the company’s software revenue hit new records following the launch of its dynamic traction control system, currently patent-pending.”

During the quarter, Stark Future strengthened its financial leadership with the appointment of Max Cichon as Chief Financial Officer, bringing world-class experience in the automotive sector as the company prepares for its next phase of expansion. Negotiations to obtain financing to support such expansion are progressing, with several institutions in the process of analysis.
