MotoGP will continue to dispute the MotoGP Grand Prize of the Valencian Community Until 2031. A new contract confirms the Ricardo Tormo circuit as the headquarters of five major awards, From 2027 to 2031, both inclusive.
The circuit is one of the Paddock favorites, thanks to its fantastic organization and promotion, taking advantage of its privileged location near one of the most culturally rich cities in Europe.
The MotoGP Grand Prix of the Valencian Community, a sports reference
For all this and more, Valencia has several times the award for the best Grand Prix and, with this new contract, almost certainly will compete for the award until 2031. Carmelo EzpeletaCEO of Dorna Sports, head of MotoGP rights, has said about the renewal of the MotoGP Grand Prize of the Valencian Community: “We are very happy to announce our future in Valencia. The circuit is unique for the view it offers to spectators, and followers make it even more special with the incredible atmosphere they create.”
Concludes: “It is always full of people, the promoter does a fantastic job and we are proud to continue offering a show that rewards his passion for sport. For its part, Nicolás ColladoGeneral Manager of Circuit Ricardo Tormo, commented on the MotoGP Grand Prix of the Valencian Community: “For us it is a magnificent news because we have been celebrating the Grand Prix for 25 years, since 1999. We can talk that we will have MotoGP until 2031 and that in 2025 is a lot to say.” “The roots of motorcycling and MotoGP are even very deep in the Valencian DNA and in the city of Valencia, and we cannot stop celebrating a day like today, which is historical.”
