MV Agusta, official sponsor of the second edition of the Milan Watch Weekthe international event dedicated to fine watchmaking, has presented for the first time the two Jumbostar watches created in collaboration with Wyler Vetta.
The historic Swiss house with an Italian soul, and the legendary motorcycle manufacturer Schiranna, have joined forces to create an exclusive collection that celebrates the 80th anniversary of MV Agusta, fusing design, precision and a shared passion for mechanics.
The collaboration is born from shared values such as meticulous attention to mechanical detail, commitment to research and a rich Italian history of victories, design and excellence. The project combines the aesthetics and watchmaking savoir-faire of Wyler Vetta with the lines, materials and colors that have made MV Agusta a motorcycling legend.
The union of both brands offers us the possibility of getting a chronograph powered by the ETA 2894 Bicompax caliber, with a power reserve of 42 hours, in a limited edition of 80 pieces, in commemoration of the 80th anniversary of MV Agusta. Also with an automatic watch with time indication, available in 500 pieces, equipped with a La Joux-Perret G100 movement, which offers a power reserve of 68 hours.
Both models have a 40 mm stainless steel case. The inspiration for both watches comes from the MV 98, the first motorcycle produced by MV Agusta, combined with the refined design adopted for the Superveloce 98 Limited Edition, the anniversary model celebrating the brand’s first engine.
MV Agusta Jumbostar x Wyler Vetta in detail
At the heart of the new Wyler Vetta x MV Agusta watches is the dial, designed as a direct homage to the world of racing. At the center, natural carbon fiber evokes the favorite material for high-performance sports motorcycles: light, resistant and a symbol of extreme performance.
The Rosso Verghera color chosen for the background evokes the historical decoration of MV Agusta, a tone also used in the Superveloce 98 Limited Edition. The applied Arabic numerals and indexes are coated with Super-LumiNova, ensuring optimal legibility even in the most dynamic conditions, just like the dashboards of racing motorcycles.
A golden detail stands out on the dial: the number “37”, between 7 and 8 o’clock, which pays tribute to MV Agusta’s 37 World Championship titles, a unique record in the world of motorcycles. The Wyler Vetta x MV Agusta chronograph features a tachymetric bezel and silver subdials, designed to evoke the instrumentation of track motorcycles, while the hour-only version features a silver minute track that highlights the cleanliness and balance of the design.

The crown at 3 o’clock. It evokes the shape of the gear of the MV Agusta logo and has it engraved. The chronograph pushers are inspired by the Torx screws of MV Agusta fuel caps. In both models, a secondary crown at 10 o’clock. controls the rotary rehaut.
The screw-down caseback with transparent sapphire crystal reveals the automatic movement: a real engine on display. The swinging weight features the MV logo in the center and matches the color of the anodized aluminum rotor on MV motorcycles, along with the Wyler Vetta logo.
