Thousands of fans have been able to enjoy the Pit Lane Walk on the first day of the Michelin Aragon Grand Prix at MotorLand. The previous press conference also took place with Jorge Martín, Marco Bezzecchi, Marc Márquez and Raúl Fernández as protagonists. On Friday the action on the track will begin with the first free practice sessions and Practice, an essential session for the drivers to gain a place in Q2 on Saturday.

Thousands of fans filled MotorLand Aragón’s pit lane to participate in the first of the weekend’s activities, the Pit Lane Walk. The atmosphere did not disappoint and several drivers such as Pedro Acosta and Álex Márquez came out to sign autographs and take photos with the wave of fans.

Grand Prix Thursday is known for being the Media Day or day dedicated to the media, with the official press conference taking place with several protagonists of the weekend. On this occasion, the drivers who participated in the press conference were Jorge Martín, Marco Bezzecchi, Marc Márquez and Raúl Fernández. In addition, the drivers and teams have done the track walk to get to know the track up close before reaching 360 km/h on Friday.

The Fan Zone awaits you

The Michelin Grand Prix of Aragon will have a space dedicated to fans throughout the weekend, the Fan Zone, located behind Stand 7. This area will have all kinds of attractions for the public from the large Ferris wheel from which the entire circuit can be seen to the stage where personalities such as Wilbur or Andrés Campo will get on to continue the party. Several drivers will pass through the stage on Saturday to interact with the public, such as Pedro Acosta, Álex Rins or Raúl Fernández.

The MotorLand Aragón Fan Zone will have a gaming garage to play video games, restaurant areas, merchandising stores and even a space for the little ones to enjoy MotoGP with a children’s circuit and photocall. The Alexneta, Álex Márquez’s lucky charm, which will be displayed in the Fan Zone, has also been added to the Michelin Grand Prix of Aragon.

They will be available in shaded areas to recharge batteries both in the Fan Zone and in public areas. Minors must go through the InfoPoint in Tier 1 to fill out an authorization and receive a bracelet that will give them access to the Fan Zone. Álex Rins received the small designers of the helmet that he will use in the Michelin Aragon Grand Prix.

The pilot of Bajo Aragonese descent, Álex Rins, received Alexandra, Ander, Julio and Mara on Thursday; the four winners of the competition to design the Yamaha rider’s helmet. From the Rural Grouped School of Mezquín de Castelserásthe young designers were received by Álex at the doors of his box where they could see the ’42 M1 up close. A unique experience that they will never forget.

The Michelin Grand Prix of Aragon starts

Today the action begins on the MotorLand track with the first free practice sessions and the Practice sessions in which the pilots of the three categories will try to attack the clock to go directly to Q2. Free practice will start at 9:00 a.m. with Moto3 and Moto2; MotoGP being at 10:45.

Later at 12:15 the Harley-Davidson Bagger World Cup will roll with its FP1. Practice, crucial for the riders’ aspirations, will be at 1:15 p.m. for Moto3, at 9:50 for Moto2 and at 3:00 p.m. for MotoGP. The Harley-Davidson Bagger World Cup will take to the track again at 4:30 p.m. to close its first day in the only race of the season on Spanish territory.

At the end of Sunday’s MotoGP race, MotorLand Aragón will carry out its usual track invasion in which fans in the stands will be able to enter the circuit to attend the podium ceremony on the main straight. Each stand has its access point and it will be essential to follow the instructions of the security personnel.

The motorcycles begin to roll around the intense speed circuit of MotorLand Aragón in this thirteenth round of the MotoGP World Championship. The Bajo Aragonese track has prepared an endless number of activities that combine with the excitement on the track to offer a unique and perfect event for any audience.

Almost all the stands have posted the sold out sign, although it is still possible to get a ticket for Stand 7 or for the pelouse areas. In addition, this year MotorLand will have a pelouse ticket only for Sunday which will have a price of 50 euros and will be available starting Saturday the 29th at 4:00 p.m. both at the box office and online. General tickets are now available on the MotorLand Aragón website.
