The Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 is seen again and it seems almost ready to go into production

Royal Enfield continues to do its thing, shaping its future range of models. Among them the expected Himalayan 750a frame that the Indo-British brand has been developing for the last two seasons and of which we have been learning new details through multiple test mules that have been seen during the process.

It is precisely one of these units that has been intercepted in recent days while traveling on the Tamil Nadu highway. What is most striking is the position in which its pilot drives the well-known Royal Enfield ADV mount: standing. It is likely that he was testing the ergonomics of the motorcycle if he had to handle it in a situation like this.

Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 2027?: What we know

The author of this graphic document is local blogger Madras Motovlogs. After filming this pre-series unit of the Himalayan 750, it is clear that it is getting closer to production. In any case, taking a look at the general configuration of the motorcycle we can see that most of it remains unchanged with respect to other units seen previously:

Alloy wheels, double disc brakes on the front axle, adjustable suspensions and a two-level seat are some of the main elements that make it up. Also a clearly recognizable front along with an instrument panel that appears to be the same one mounted on the 450 variant, as well as its headlight. Furthermore, the protagonist of these images was riding a kit of side suitcases signed by the brand itself.

Regarding the technical part of the motorcycle, maintaining the parallel twin-cylinder configuration, a final power of around 55 HP and a maximum torque of around 60 Nm is expected. On the other hand, focusing on the electronic and equipment section, it is very likely that the Himalayan 450 will mount, among others:

  • TFT type instrument panel
  • Full-LED lighting
  • Rear luggage rack
  • engine side guards
  • Skid plate, etc.

New details about the Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 that bring it even closer to production

Finally, and with respect to the exact moment when Royal Enfield officially presents the final version of this Himalayan 750, we are left with the words of the brand’s CEO, B. Govindarajan: “I think we will have to wait until the next EICMA.” This means that the model will not reach the company’s official dealerships until the early stages of 2027.
