Can you imagine being able to enjoy an almost endless property with a circuit inside and that also gives you money? Well, that three for one is a reality that is for sale in the town of Pontrhydfendigaid, in Wales. And someone has put all that up for sale and more because it comes with a house and farm included.
Yes, it is one of those times when the fantasy of many men comes true and they have a field, a circuit, nature… and well, also a heliport because who doesn’t want a heliport? The fact is that this particular farm-circuit is for sale, but at the same time it is quite a business because currently this track of more than 3 kilometers on a farm of more than 160 hectares has regular customers.
The track has all the permits and its peculiarity is that it is not a circuit for motorcycles as we understand it, but rather it is a narrower track on which different rally teams, including the world championship, carry out tests of their models in a controlled environment.
The circuit has all the permissions and multiple configurations
It has local permits to operate, something that is not so easy to obtain nowadays, and in those more than three kilometers there are different configurations and loops that allow you to ride everything you want and more. Of course, it must be admitted that despite having protections in some points, they are not friendly to the use of the motorcycle, and there are not many escapes. Furthermore, in many sections the track is extremely narrow, just under four metres.
That, which in cars helps to fine-tune, is quite complicated on motorcycles, although for a supermotard, for example, it can be tremendously fun. But there is more and the business as such is not limited only to the track, but has different lands for grazing and more facilities for this, with different rooms and warehouses that could be adapted in the future.
In addition, as could not be otherwise in any self-respecting farm-circuit, there is a fully prepared residence with all the comforts: three living rooms, four bedrooms (two of them with a private bathroom), an extra bathroom and also a shower room. As if all this were not enough, there are also other buildings to restore, so the possibilities of earning income increase.
Of course, they are asking for 4 million euros for everything as it is, and to that we would have to add the restoration of those other places, so it looks like we will continue dreaming about having a house-farm-circuit…
