Last weekend, Marc Márquez achieved his ninth world and the seventh of MotoGP. But that is part of the past and now it is time to think of Indonesia, where this weekend the second consecutive GP of the “Asian tour” will take place. The Lombok circuit is one of the most recent clues to reach the championship, but it has already left us great moments and the certainty that everything can happen there.
The funny thing is that the outcome of the Japan GP, with a dominant Bagnaia Pecco and a more retained Marc Márquez and thinking about the title, leaves us high expectations for the Indonesian GP. And it is that logic says that with Marc without the need to keep his level, and if Pecco is able to repeat what we saw in Motegi and, if so, if we will see for the first time the duel we expected since the beginning of the season.
Moreover, to this we must add that Pecco still has runner -up options, and that Álex Márquez has to defend the position. And at the same time, we have a Bezzecchi Marco that can also get into that battle, and all those factors together make we can have an intense weekend in which Pedro Acosta, Joan Mir and Luca Marini should also be close. And it is that the passage of Honda in the last great awards that culminated with the podium of Japan, suggests that in Indonesia they could be fighting again for the front stalls and, who knows, also by the podium depending on what happens.
The truth is that right now and before we start we have many candidates to do it well, including Raúl Fernández, Fabio Quartaro, Franco Morbidelli, Fermín Aldeguer or Fabio Di Giannantonio, who have really been competitive although not regularly. So until they start the first training we will not begin to define what can happen, as long as the weather conditions accompany. Because in case the current forecasts are met, the rain will also be the protagonist.
Where to see the Indonesian GP 2025
Another weekend, the options to see MotoGP live are reduced and go to pay for it. As always, being narrated in Spanish, Dazn is the first of them with its previous and post programs, in addition to all the sessions and press wheels.
There is also the option of the MotoGP video that offers all its programming and the contents that can be accessed in English, but whenever you have hired, because right now it does not allow new highs and refers to Dazn in Spain.
