The twelfth edition of the kick BMW Motorrad was consolidated again as one of the reference events in the national calendar. A total of 857 registered —All pilots and companions – participated in this adventure of more than 1,300 kilometerscrossing unique landscapes between western Portugal and northern Spain.

The tour, divided into three demanding stages, started in the Portuguese town of Viana do Castelo, known for its Atlantic beaches, to later enter the heart of Castile with a stop in Zamora. From there, the participants faced an unforgettable section to Cangas de Onís, crossing the impressive spikes of Europe. The last stage concluded in Bilbao, where the sunny climate and spring temperatures offered a perfect ending to this edition.
Throughout three days, the bikers toured secondary roads of great beauty, facing unevenness of up to 1,500 meters and daily stages of about 400 kilometers. A carefully designed route to offer an unforgettable driving experience, in which nature, the spirit of adventure and companionship were the great protagonists.
The event culminated at the ITSASMUSEUM of Bilbao, where attendees enjoyed an exhibition of trunks, putting in value the skill and adventurous character that defines the participants of the kick. The solidarity slope was also present, thanks to the collaboration of the “Millydos glasses” initiative, which contributed again to those who need it most.
The edition said once again, with the support of usual sponsors such as Barge & Boat and Dunlop, fundamental for the development of the event. In its twelve editions, the kick has already exceeded 15,000 kilometers traveled, gathering motorists from countries such as Germany, Bulgaria, Spain, Finland, Norway, Portugal, United Kingdom or Argentina.
In addition, it highlights the sustained growth of female participation, as well as the fidelity of many attendees, who repeat this inescapable appointment of the biker calendar year.
