The technology Sound by Boseas Sena has confirmed, will debut in the new intercoms Sena 60S EVO and Sena 60Xprogressively expanding to other brand products. A collaboration that demonstrates the brand’s commitment to offering even more premium connected communication for motorcycles, thanks to the implementation of cutting-edge technologies.
Sound by Bose technology in detail
The integration of Sound by Bose technology has been specifically designed to respond to the limitations of the motorcycle environment, where wind, engine and road often degrade sound quality. By combining Sena’s compact speakers with the audio engine Bose WaveForm and the adjustment Bose Sound DesignSena offers clearer and richer sound in motorcycle riding conditions.
Users of the new 60 series will especially benefit from intelligible navigation and communications: essential driving information and intercom exchanges remain clear and understandable, even when speed and noise levels change.
For its part, the Bose WaveForm audio engine allows for more homogeneous playback in the following situations:
- Richer sound at all volumes: Dynamic equalization improves listening at low or moderate volumes, without requiring a significant increase in volume.
- Balanced playback at high volume: When the volume is increased to compensate for ambient noise, the system maintains a stable tonal balance, making it easier to understand voices and navigation directions.
- Stable audio performance– Intelligent output level control limits sudden variations in volume and pumping (noticeable rises and falls in sound), for more consistent listening at high speed.
Tae KimCEO of Sena, said after the officialization of this agreement with Sound by Bose technology: “At Sena, our mission has always been to offer a driving experience connected high-end. The integration of the Sound by Bose technology in our systems aims to improve the “way riders interact with their music, their navigation, and each other.” More information and details on the brand’s official website.
