Mansory turns the Yamaha T-Max 560 into a maxi scooter that is impossible to ignore

Almost two years after we learned about the “Vespa Monaco Edition by Mansory: Luxury and extravagance elevated to maximum power”, the renowned German trainer returns with one of those works that his followers like so much. We refer to the recently presented T-Max 560 Mansory Maxi Scooter. Once again, using its characteristic color palette and carbon fiber, it achieves a striking result that will not leave anyone indifferent.

Mansory T-Max 560: not suitable for discreet people

As is often the case with each and every one of Mansory’s preparations, there is one aspect that is common to practically all of them: they are not suitable for clients who value discretion. Having said this, we must recognize that with their previous work on a motorcycle, the Vespa Monaco Edition by Mansory, they held back in this aspect, an idea that they seem to have discarded in the case of the Japanese scooter.

Starting with a striking turquoise color that, although it will draw attention to wherever it passes, pairs perfectly with the multiple carbon fiber components that make up the final finish: from the side covers, to the silencer protector or ending with the rearview mirrors. As if this were not enough, Mansory also makes use of this light material in the aerodynamic winglets that we find both front and rear.

This special finish extends to other parts of the bike where the visual effect is truly striking. A good example of this is the seat, which is now upholstered in up to three different colors, in addition to including an embroidery with the brand name on the space reserved for the passenger. The company logo also presides over the front of the motorcycle.

No changes in the technical section

Mansory has preferred not to touch the already efficient technical part that the T-Max 560 enjoys. Starting with its 560 cc in-line twin-cylinder engine that continues to offer a maximum power of 35 kW (47.6 hp) at 7,000 rpm and a torque of 55.7 Nm at 5,250 rpm. Associated with this, the continuous belt transmission system guarantees a fluid and silent power delivery.

For their part, both the clutch adjustments and those carried out on the intake for this latest version of the model translate into a more pleasant and sporty sound, especially noticeable during full acceleration. All this accompanied by a high cycle part where its robust double-beam aluminum chassis stands out.

The suspension is provided by inverted motorcycle-type forks and a long swingarm, which contribute to more precise and safer driving. If we focus on the braking section, Yamaha uses a double 267 mm front disc, a 282 mm rear disc and an advanced ABS system with cornering assistance (BC), managed by an Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU).

Official price of the Mansory T-Max 560?

Well, a good question that we cannot answer, basically because the brand has decided to undertake this project upon request. Unlike Mansory’s Vespa Monaco Edition, of which a total of 99 units were announced, the same does not happen this time with this Mansory T-Max 560.

In any case, as we already pointed out, Mansory usually keeps the cost of its creations a secret, although we have as a starting point what the Japanese scooter costs in its access version: 14,299 euros.
