Fast tracks, broken roads, stone and sand dunes. The environment of Zagora, in Morocco, has served to test three Bultaco Rally GT 300 in an experience of approximately 1,000 kilometers organized by Bultaco Racing. The objective was to check the resistance and behavior of this trail model in real adventure conditions, taking advantage of the tracking of the Maroc Rally 2026.
Three Rally GT 300s as standard
The three motorcycles completed four days starting and finishing in Zagora, with their own routes that allowed them to approach different points of the rally without coinciding with the itineraries of the participants. About 70% of the distance was off-road, with the longest stage reaching about 270 kilometers.

The expedition moved from the Bultaco Racing base in Barcelona, with the motorcycles transported by truck. Before the trip, the team had carried out several test sessions in Los Monegros to become familiar with its behavior and prepare the units for the conditions of Morocco.
Preparation for the trip was limited to knobby tires to avoid punctures, supports for navigators, and small bags to carry tools and water. This configuration allowed the motorcycles to be evaluated with a simple preparation to face off-road routes, maintaining their trail approach.

During the four days, stretches of road, open tracks and rocky areas alternated, as well as passages through dunes that required greater physical effort from the pilots. The sand was the most demanding terrain, especially in the middle hours of the day. The increase in temperature and the less consistency of the terrain forced us to work more on the bike and adapt driving to changing conditions.
The model tests its reliability
The three motorcycles completed the routes without mechanical problems. The incidents were limited to some hits on the tires and bent levers as a result of a couple of falls, which were attended to at the end of the stages. Participants highlighted the ease of handling and the response of the engine both on the road and on the track.even with loaded motorcycles and full tanks.

They also valued the comfort when driving seated, the standing position to face off-road sections and the protection of the screen. Brakes and suspensions responded satisfactorily within the trail use planned for the trip. Ultimately The Bultaco Rally GT 300 has demonstrated its versatility in mixed usein addition to notable reliability in conditions of maximum demand
