Fantic Motor has more than 60 years of history behind him in which models such as the 500 Knight have been responsible for extolling it as it deserves thanks to that balanced compendium of technique and passion that we usually find in the transalpine mounts. In collaboration with the Italian firm we find compatriots companies that, as a distributor, have been working side with it for many years. For example, Motorbox incbased in Verona and that focuses its business on the sale of motorcycles and accessories destined to the world of two wheels.
Now, to celebrate this long brotherhood with Fantic, the Motorbox boys have developed two pre -developed preparations on the basis of the 500 Knight, both in tribute to two eighties models of the really iconic brand: The Fantic Koala and the Fantic Trial 50. The result is simply spectacular, as we can observe in the detailed images that Pipe Burn partners have dedicated to each of them.
Two 500 Knight loaded with nostalgia
Who was lucky to enjoy in the eighties of one of Fantic’s motorcycles, will know why these two Knight 500 prepared by Motorbox are so special. On the one hand we have the tribute to an iconic fantic model the Koala 50, that offroad cyclomotor Footwear with 8 ″ tires and huge tires of tacos. This was propelled by a 49.6 cc 2T engine capable of offering until 7.5 hp at 9,000 laps, and a maximum speed of about 70 km/h.
To give the Knight 500 that “Koala look”, from Motorbox designed a free that combines the striking colors that the latter exhibited in its time: white, blue and yellow. In addition, the gentleman’s badges have been abolished to give way to others with the distinctive name Koala 500. This tribute is completed with a seat with custom upholstery, with matching seams, crankcase protector and a posterior luggage manufactured by Fla Special Parts.
The other gentleman 500 that looks on these lines is inspired by the first colors that the Fantic Trial 50 wore and subsequently the successive versions of up to 200 cc. Again, the Motorbox team lets its magic flow with a custom decoration where the chart that presides over the deposit stands out and that emulates the logo that Fantic showed on its motorcycles in the 80s. In the lateral tapas we can see the registration TR500 on graphics topped in blue and red.
As in the Koala 500, this has a personalized seat, crankcase protector and posterior equipment. The cake widge puts an escape system signed by Arrow that howl the well -known monocylindrical engine that equips the Knight 500. A tribute at the height of the model and of course of such an emblematic brand as Fantic. Our most sincere congratulations to the Motorbox team.
