Last 2024 summer, BMW Motorrad wore “blue passion” to G 310 RR, its well-media sporty sport. A way to give a unique touch to the well -known German mount and also highly subtle the sharp lines that make up its design.
Now everything points that facing next year, the Bavarian firm prepares an in -depth removal of the model, relying on the improvements that its “twin sister”, the Apache RR 310 2025.
BMW G 310 RR 2026: What we can expect
The collaboration agreement between TVS Motor and BMW Motorrad offers us, among others, this 310 platform that use several models of both brands. In the case of G 310 RR, this is essentially based on the flagship of the Indian company, the TVS Apache RR 310. In turn, the latter was thoroughly reviewed at the end of last year, implementing a series of improvements centered, essentially on the primary needs of the fan.
To begin with, the Apache RR 310 increased its power by 11% compared to the previous version, then declaring a final figure of 38 hp to 9,800 rpm and 29 nm of torque maximum to 7,900 laps. A bidirectional quickshifter system, cruise control or a pneumatic pressure monitoring system (TPMS) was also included among its equipment. New aerodynamic ailerons, an IMU of 6 ABS axes in curves, antiwheelie or curves traction control, are also part of the standard endowment.
After the last BMW Motorrad teaser in reference to its new generation of G 310 RR the German brand wrote on a photo foot of: “The race has begun. You are only you and another 309 pilots, what is coming? Don’t miss it!”. So, trying to decipher the message, we could be talking about a limited edition of only 310 copies of the model, with some special decoration and an extra equipment package.
Another possibility is that the brand refers to the arrival of an updated version of the model that also implements the improvements already seen in the Apache RR 310 2025. Some international media are more inclined to this last theory, although we will not know for sure if this is correct until the brand does not offer official information about it.
Just a few weeks after starting a new eicma edition, it is almost certain that we will know all the details on the subject in the next few days and if, too, it will be available again in our market.
