custom design with café race soul

It’s only been a few months since QJMotor introduced us to some of its main new features for 2026 on the occasion of EICMA 2025. Among them was the striking concept EQVVS 600 Café Racerdesigned by the Italian firm C-Creative. With a minimalist and muscular aesthetic, it advertised to be powered by a 561 cc, 16-valve, liquid-cooled V4 engine. The brand declared at the time a final power around the 69 hp and 53 Nm of maximum torque.

As we told you at the time, the set combines a low center of gravity, long wheelbase (1,465 mm) and a relaxed posture that balances comfort and precision. Its design is a contemporary reinterpretation of the classic café racer spirit. Without a doubt, a machine that exudes artisanal character and circuit soul.

QJMotor “customizes” the EQVVS 600 Café Racer

This is the quick conclusion that we have drawn upon seeing the latest images of the patent registry presented by QJMotor. The model described in them (visually speaking) seems like a design reinterpretation of the aforementioned EQVVS 600 prototype, where the final style of the model clearly leans towards a custom orientation. However, it does not leave aside some of the key aspects that shaped the initial concept from which it seems to be inspired.

Among them, the singular lines of its frame stand out, although if we focus attention on detail we will see how, what in the prototype were the parts of the chassis, in this future custom model are simple covers simulating those same shapes that in turn are responsible for covering the tubular steel structure that really makes up this part of the motorcycle. Likewise, looking at the back, the way in which QJMotor executes the design of the seat is also striking.

This is where the model takes on shades halfway between a café racer and a regular sports car. The tail cover responsible for covering the passenger seat successfully stylizes the rear view of the motorcycle. However, unlike the EQVVS 600 Café Racer concept, QJMotor uses a pair of lateral shock absorbers instead of the central shock absorber that the latter was equipped with during the Milan show.

The rest of the set combines, among others, two alloy wheels shod with wide profile tires, a forceful inverted fork presiding over the front or a braking system where the front brake calipers stand out, radial type and four pistons signed by the Chinese brand Hangte. Finally, and as a relevant aspect of this possible model, is the fact of mounting a V4 engine, although at first glance it does not seem like the same one that the EICMA concept had.

Both the height of the cylinders and the volume of their heads clearly speak to us of a larger displacement engine. Even “it appears to be larger than the SRV900 V4 that was presented at EICMA in 2024, but the designs do not reveal its exact displacement”as pointed out by Cycle World. The final power would reach the rear wheel through a toothed belt and, in appearance, it does not seem to have a semi-automatic transmission.

Other striking details would be, for example, the powerful exhaust system with two side outlets in a lower position or standard equipment that would include a color TFT screen similar to what we have already seen in other models of the brand with a similar philosophy.

In any case, all these details may be subject to changes in a final version of the model, so we will be attentive to new information about this new and striking QJMotor model.
