Yesterday, the second video of the Aras Campaign that from Anesdor, DGT and Mapfre Foundation was released, has been launched together with the aim of raising awareness of users about the importance of advanced systems for driving aid on motorcycles.
The sakes, Advanced Rider Assistance Systems, are advanced technical assistance systems that, through the use of electronic devices and the analysis of sensor data incorporated into the vehicle, contribute to increase the safety of two -wheeled vehicles, and therefore of their drivers.
These systems, implemented in the new motorcycles, are unknown to a large part of the users, so the main objective of this campaign is that motorists can value these technological advances in road safety when acquiring a motorcycle.
The Aras campaign has 10 videos that are being published weekly since last May 7 on the platforms of each of the participating entities. Dani Pedrosa, legend of MotoGP, and Ramón Forcada, motorcycle engineer, are the protagonists of these videos in which they have participated selflessly alone with the intention of helping to amplify the road safety message among motorcycle users.
José María Riaño, general secretary of Anesdor, has said about the Aras campaign: “For us it is very important to publicize the sakes and that users are clear how they improve their safety and take it into account when buying a motorcycle. No one better than Dani Pedrosa and Ramón forcada to explain the tob.
