It is not the first time we are talking about 3D printing. However, this Pantheon Como that we show you today, has been manufactured by a company that, far from devoting themselves to the two-wheeled sector, intend to show the benefits of its HS-PRO printer model. The curious thing about the whole issue is that only one week for factory has been required all the components that shape their striking Modimoto model.
Pantheon Como: Minimoto in 3D
The YouTube channel Pantheon Design shows us, in a video of just 13 minutes as, in just one week, they are capable of a 3D printer, to manufacture all the pieces that shape their Pantheon Como. The idea is to highlight not only the ease with which each of the necessary components can be designed and then print. Also the resistance and quality of carbon reinforced polymers that they use for this purpose.
As they themselves detail in the description of the Pantheon compo on their own official website: “Pantheon pieces can replace aluminum components in many cases. We design a functional equivalent for additives and printed by various processes. The piece printed on HS-PRO was the only one capable of matching the resistance of the original piece.”
In a first test of the Pantheon, the team decides to install a handlebar from a BMX bicycle. A little later we see how they are even able to manufacture their own handlebar. They even try it in a mini circuit “dragging knee” and in the final conclusions of the video promise to return with some test in offroad driving.
From Pantheon Design they are considering the possibility of launching a small limited series of their Pantheon Como. Of course, there are a period of at least six months to test it in different conditions and check what the resistance of the materials to continuous use is, raising the level of demand.
