The Kove 450 Rally is the first of several models to come. The hype generated by the brand after participating in the last two editions of the Dakar Rally has helped the brand to give the final shape to this off-road-focused bike. A motorcycle capable of going so far as to finish the legendary desert race in its first participation, signed up at the last minute.
But that’s not all, since the new 450 Rally It has a final gear ratio long enough to run at cruising speeds of over 120 km/h without suffering the slightest. This is where its true intention is revealed, which is none other than to attack the waterline of the medium-displacement trail bikes with more success in this category.

It is difficult to find a direct rival, since its characteristics as an enduro bike prepared to travel long distances are only found in very exclusive models within the reach of the pockets of a lucky few, such as the Fantic XEF 450 Rally or the KTM 450 Rally Replica. Kove 450 Rally 2024 Engine
The mechanical part of the 450 Rally is covered thanks to its 4-stroke single-cylinder engine with 4 valves and double camshafts cooled by water and oil. It offers 42 hp of power at 8,500 rpm and declares a maximum torque of 35 Nm at 6,500 rpmfigures that indicate that the “juice” of this engine is in the upper part of the rev counter.
Kove also offers two equipment kits, Factory and Factory Full, where the power is increased to 58 HP. They include a new ECU, a modified air filter and a new exhaust line. It is not approved for road use in Europe (it eliminates the catalytic converter). Their prices are 1,000 and 7,000 euros respectively.

In this section, the Asian firm has not skimped on the slightest, including a double-beam frame in high-strength steel together with a conventional aluminium swingarm. The whole set is supported by a Yuan suspension package, consisting of a 49 mm inverted front fork, adjustable for preload and rebound, and a rear monoshock adjustable for preload, rebound and compression.
In both cases, the maximum travel dimensions vary, since the brand offers us two variants of this 450 Rally with a low seat and a high seat (with 910 and 960 mm respectively). The set rests on a set of radial tires, these fitted with CST EX01 tires in sizes 90/90-21 and 140/80-18front and back respectively.
The braking system is provided by two Wave-type discs measuring 280 mm at the front and 240 mm at the rear. These are actuated by a double-piston caliper at the front and a single-piston caliper anchored at the rear. The set is assisted by a sophisticated, state-of-the-art disconnectable ABS system.
The brand declares a maximum running weight of 155 kilogramsincluding the weight of the up to 29 liters of fuel which can be stored in its three tanks: Two of almost 8 litres at the front and one at the rear with a capacity of 14 litres. In total, almost 30 litres of petrol, which promises a very wide range of autonomy.
