Moto Guzzi World Days 2026: the door to a new era
Almost five years of work and an investment of more than 50 million euros have resulted in one of the most visionary and ambitious industrial architecture projects in recent years. It is not just a new factory and a new museum, but a place where ingenuity and technology, legend and passion come together to generate new ideas and imagine and build the future.

In the same place where Moto Guzzi was founded 105 years ago, between the mountains and the lake, the American designer, winner of the Golden Lion at the Venice Architecture Biennale, has conceived a multifunctional center where innovation, experimentation and history converge, creating a unique cultural space. A visionary project that opens the doors to a completely new experience, within a harmonious and futuristic space. Michele ColaninnoCEO of the Piaggio Group, expressed during the inauguration:
“It is with great pride and a touch of madness that, after almost five years of hard work and an investment of more than 50 million euros, we inaugurate a new chapter in the history of Moto Guzzi. The project has involved a complete transformation of the factory and the museum, and is the work of Greg Lynn, friend and internationally renowned architect, with whom we have collaborated to fuse metal and robotics, silence and art.”

He concluded: “Overlooking the shores of Lake Como, in Mandello del Lario, surrounded by past and present, is one of the most avant-garde motorcycle factories, a technological benchmark in the global motorcycle industry. This was not an easy challenge, which together we have successfully overcome. Moto Guzzi is one of the most beloved and iconic motorcycle brands in the world: whoever rides a Moto Guzzi travels through more than a century of Italian history, with all our memories and all our hopes for the future.”
