Norton Motorcycles faces the beginning of a new era under the TVS Motor umbrella, after the Indian giant was done with the entire company in 2020. Since that time many have been the news and rumors around the future of the mythical British brand and now it seems that the time of its resurgence has finally arrived thanks to the launch of a new range of models.
Starting with a 1,200 cc superbike with a strong technological load and a completely revised design, of which we met the first images just a few days ago, when SUANTSHAN VENUgeneral director of TVS, showed the controls of the prototype of evidence at the brand’s facilities in the United Kingdom.
EICMA 2025, the place chosen for the resurgence of Norton
The brand’s last teaser video makes us participate to some of the details that will shape one of the future models in which Norton has been working for months. While it only shows us some of the parts and finishes of your next mount, it is worth focusing on the comments that are made throughout the barely 18 seconds that the filming lasts:
“The packaging is very hermetic. So it is a work of art. The size of the chassis, the amount of components, and the size of the engine that fits in it, is impressive. It is a feat of engineering to reach this point.” As we can see from Norton Motorcycles they have not wanted to reveal the type of motorcycle that it is about, nor the technology that could be driven.
We are left with the statement “The size of the chassis, the amount of components, and the size of the engine that fits in it, is impressive” Could we be talking about a plug -in mount with an integrated battery pack inside the frame? It is one of the possibilities that are considered from some international media, especially those that have a direct relationship with TVS.
We could also be before the final version of the aforementioned V4 model, probably one of Norton’s flagship ships in this new era commanded by the Indian business group.
All this is, for the moment, a mystery, as is the reason why the British firm has made all its Instagram content disappear, currently with only some publications where images related precisely to this video teaser are shown and where you can read in all of them:
“Designed of precision. Meticulously elaborate. Built to act. In the heart of each Norton there are five defining elements: the design. Engineering. Inheritance. Crafts. Acting. They are the essence of the Nortonness – without the change being satisfied. This is excellence in engineering – transformed.” Also the date of resurgence, as the brand itself calls it: 11/11/2025.
This is the exact day in which the starting gun will take place to a new edition of the well -known Milan Hall. It will not be until then when we know what Norton really plans for its immediate future in the form of a novel range of models. We assume that until then the brand will continue to throw “probe balloons” as information, putting honey on the lips as until now.
