Bridgestone continues to commit to extrapolating what it has learned on the circuits to street tires for the most powerful and demanding motorcycles, the sports ones. For this, it has created the new Bridgestone Battlax Racing Sreet RS12. It is a tire designed for dry conditions, for the street and that will be available for the European market, but also for the North American and Japanese markets.
The new Bridgestone Battlax Racing Sreet RS12 transmit all that experience that the Japanese manufacturer has in elements such as the compound. A compound that has been developed, precisely, from the technologies that they have accumulated in their competition tires.
The tread also has a new design, with a pattern that optimizes its grooves, and offers greater grip thanks to rigidity and increasing the contact surface when cornering.
But that’s not all, because it also has a new structure. And the Bridgestone Battlax Racing Sreet RS12 offers comprehensive improvements in track performance, especially in dry conditions. In fact, Bridgestone claims that the lap time is significantly reduced compared to its previous high-end sports tire, the Bridgestone Battlax Racing Sreet RS11.
Thus, with the new structural design, the new compound and the new tread, the new Bridgestone Battlax Racing Sreet RS12 is ready to meet the needs of the most powerful motorcycles. And it does so, furthermore, with the advantage that once on the circuit you can get the maximum performance, reaching levels close to competition but with a tire approved for the street.
The new Bridgestone Battlax Racing Sreet RS12 will be available at Bridgestone dealers in the European and North American markets from January 1, 2026, while in Japan they will have to wait until February 1 in different sizes.
