For several years now there has been talk about the possibility of a range of Royal Enfield 750 models. All of them developed from the current 650 platform, but equipped with an increase in displacement in the everlasting parallel twin that the brand uses in its frames, as well as a higher level of performance and equipment. Now, thanks to the latest spy images published by Rush Lane, it seems that this possibility is closer than ever.
Royal Enfield 750 2025 What can we expect?
Based on the new photographs that show us what appears to be the future Royal Enfield 750Everything suggests that we are facing a new model based on the Continental GT 650 that the firm currently sells. However, what stands out in this test mule is the use of a large front fairing, very similar to that used by the GT-R 650, a model destined to compete in a one-make cup held in India.
Previously, back in October 2022, we witnessed Royal testing a test mule equipped with a similar front fairing. However, then we were only talking about an R version of the Continental GT 650, without giving room to the possibility of a Royal Enfield 750, as is the case on this occasion.
In any case, the doubt remains as to whether we are dealing with the aforementioned version or the more than likely newly made Royal Enfield 750. Likewise, we can see how, despite using the GT 650 platform, it uses an extended seat, focused on the possibility of carrying a companion on our routes. For its part, both the position of the handlebars and other key aspects indicate that we are facing a variant with clear sporting overtones.
For example, its double front disc, never seen before on a motorcycle of the brand. Other aspects, such as the flashing system, the front LED headlight or the double lower-side exhaust outlet, help maintain that look classic that the brand’s frames always carry. Beyond aesthetic aspects, it is likely that we are facing the first attempt of what could be the new range of Royal Enfield 750 models.
Currently, Royal Enfield has up to 6 options within its range that use the 650 mechanics: Continental GT 650, Interceptor 650, Super Meteor 650, Shotgun 650, Bear 650 and the recently released Classic 650. There is no doubt that the arrival of a mechanical More displacement would go hand in hand with improved performance, offering that extra sensation that never hurts on a motorcycle of this type.
