After passing through the Milan Show, Royal Enfield leaves us with a wide amalgam of new features, including this very special Classic 650 Special Edition 125th Anniversary. A model that in the brand’s own words “fuses the timeless silhouette of the Classic with a surprisingly modern aesthetic, representing Royal Enfield’s philosophy of balancing tradition and innovation.”
Royal Enfield Classic 650 125th Anniversary Special Edition in detail
At EICMA 2025, Royal Enfield has celebrated 125 years of “Pure Motorcycling” in style, with a range that combines history and innovation in equal parts. Without a doubt one of the firsts that caught the attention of the audience the most was this 125th Anniversary Special Edition Classic 650.
A limited series that stands out for sporting a striking Hypershift decoration in red and gold along with commemorative details, as well as various parts of the motorcycle painted in black: The engine covers, the exhaust system and the radial-type wheels are among them. The aesthetic package is completed with a special seat upholstery where both the general design of its stitching and the chocolate brown tone chosen for the leather used stand out.
It is not the first time that the brand has launched a special edition of this type on one of its most charismatic models. Previously, they did the same with a special 120th Anniversary series on their Twin models, the already well-known Interceptor and Continental GT. Then only 480 units were sold worldwide and of them only 22 were destined for the two markets that make up the Iberian Peninsula.
At a technical and mechanical level, no changes are announced in this Classic 650 125th Anniversary Special Edition with respect to the standard version of the model, so it continues to use the well-known 648 cc parallel SOHC twin-cylinder engine that for the occasion declares a maximum power of 46 HP at 7,250 rpm and a final torque of around 52.3 Nm at 5,650 rpm.

In the cycle section, the Indo-British brand uses a tubular steel chassis and swingarm. The suspension is provided by a 43 mm telescopic fork and a pair of lateral shock absorbers, with 120 and 90 mm of travel respectively. The braking system uses two disc brakes, one per axle. 320 mm at the front and 300 mm at the rear axle, in both cases powered by double-piston calipers. The assembly is anchored on a pair of radial wheels shod with tires measuring 100/90-19 and 140/70 R18.
There is no release date yet for the Royal Enfield Classic 650 125th Anniversary Special Edition. We also do not know the final price at which it will end up being marketed or how all the units that make up this limited series will be distributed. We have to wait for the brand to make an official statement and clear up all these unknowns around its new model.
