Norton’s evolution in recent years, thanks to the acquisition by the Indian business emporium TVS Motors, results in an imminent range of motorcycles that will initially be composed of six new models. “I think I have already mentioned six products, four of which will be available for the summer of 2026 in the four European markets: United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy and Spain, and, of course, also in India. So I think we are heading there: starting with the launch of the four -cylinder Superbike in Eicma, and then we will share the remaining three products in EICMA or short market in early 2026. All are in advanced development stages. ”
Norton 2026 models range in detail
This news, to tell the truth, is not new. Last summer the brand already announced that it would launch six new motorcycle models over the next three years. Already in April of this year we advanced as the new range of Norton models of TVS, among which monocylindrical and retro mounts will be included ready to compete with the Triumph 400. But this is not all, since one or several alternatives driven by the same block that will equip the new and expected BMW F 450 GS will also be presented.
This same technical configuration will also be used to boost another of the most anticipated novelties within the TVS range itself, the new Apache 450 RR. With the confirmation of the arrival of this sports model, within the offer of the Indian firm for next year, it also took the opportunity to unveil the first details of the Six Norton models range, which will also begin its commercial journey in mid -2026.
A mechanics of this type, installed in the new range of Norton models, would de facto convert it into a direct rival of the successful Speed 400 and the 400 X Scrambler. On this aspect, the general director of TVS also confirmed that the manufacture will be shared between India and the United Kingdom:
“There is manufacturing in the United Kingdom and there will also be manufacturing in India. Some of the models will be manufactured with higher added value content in India and some with higher value added value locally.” On the other hand, as they detail from Cycle World, this has also confirmed that Norton, hereinafter, will focus on covering the needs of the five most relevant European markets for the two -wheeled sector: France, Germany, Italy, Spain and of course United Kingdom.
The next stage in the reconstruction of Norton, and therefore of its commercial expansion, directs directly to debut in the Indian market. There is also talk of an in -depth review of the V4 SV, implementing the necessary changes to be marketed within the legal limits of the European Union. This happens to overcome the homologation tests to the current Euro5+.
