The cylindrated increase allows greater accelerations, but also a higher peak speed. During this test we were able to reach 140 km/h, which is life insurance to go to the highway and highway. Personally, I prefer the method of a lifetime, but it is true that this system has its advantages: it is more stable in a straight line, it allows you to stop un oscillations and better attack the curves. It also has its cons: admits a certain degree of inclination – then you go out if you get out of speed – and return to the most rigid front train and with the lowest rotation radius, which hinders the maneuvers between traffic. Behind, thanks to the adjustment of the preload, we can adjust the monoamortiguador to our liking. In my case, it seemed correct, with a balance between comfort and performance.

Despite that more lazy direction, the Italjet Dragster 300 is still especially agile in city. At all times, it seems that you are carrying a 125 cc scooter and not almost 300 cc. It can be practically moved with thought. On the highway, the shapes of the shield help to dissipate most of the turbulence caused by the air at cruise speed, so it does not suffer much.

And what about curves? The Italjet Dragster 300 can face them, although my experience was not fun. At all times you feel that you go with the thorough accelerator at a speed that suggests more a daily journey from point A to point B, than a fun route. Most curves become ‘almost straight’. Only the most scrambled sections can get some smile. Another thing is a circuit, of Karting, obviously, where you can take some benefit to this model -especially, if we opt for the silent Akrapovic-.

The impression of brake performance is of lights and shadows. Starting with the former, the choice of metallic hose is a success when having a greater mordant and more modularity. But I can only say about the front brake, where the touch is closer to a sports motorcycle that allows the motorcycle to be stopped with a stupid ease.

However, rear brake performance is not good. Shortly after applying strength in the handle, the ABS already enters, which prevents it from using it except very lightly. Of the Pirelli Angel Scooter I only have good words, with a good balance between dry/wet performance and useful life. A good ride as standard for those who use the scooter daily.
