Once again, the future generation of KTM 390 Adventure 2025 It has been seen in Indian traffic, in one of its usual tests to test what is presumed to be the final version of the model.

KTM 390 Adventure 2025: Closer to production than ever

This time it is the companions of Gaadi Waadi who put us on the trail of the new 390 Adventure 2025 from KTM, presumably in its Rally variant, as we have been telling you in recent months. In this new generation, the 390 Adventure will be offered in different versions, thus adapted to the tastes and needs of almost all customers.

Like its older siblings, the 2025 390 Adventure is truly capable of tackling any route in both on- and off-road driving. In this case, the test mule spotted has a high fender, Dakar-style front screen or radial wheels fitted with tyres for mixed use. Depending on the variant, it will use 21- or 19-inch wheels.

At the equipment level, the new 390 Adventure 2025 It will be equipped with the latest technological elements such as a colour TFT instrument panel, disconnectable ABS, disc brakes on both axles and different connectivity modes with our smartphone.

On the mechanical side, KTM will use the engine that debuted on the 390 Duke introduced this year. We are talking about the brand’s well-known single-cylinder LC4 that now manages to reach 399 cc thanks to an increase in stroke by 4 mm. KTM claims a power of just over 44 HP and a maximum torque of 39 Nm.

All of this is transmitted to the rear wheel via a six-speed gearbox fitted with a mechanically actuated PASC anti-rebound clutch. It also has 2 driving modes, Street and Rain and with the possibility of mounting an optional Quickshifter +. We assume that all this technological arsenal will also reach the new range 390 Adventure 2025.

In the variants more focused on off-road driving, it could include a specific driving mode and the aforementioned disconnectable ABS system on the rear wheel.

It may not be until next time EICMA 2024 when we are out of doubt, but we do not rule out that the Austrians will announce the model before, especially taking into account that the test mules already show the final appearance without camouflage, just waiting for the final decoration.

Happy drivers
