The Yamaha R7 CUP prepares for its fourth edition, after consolidating as one of the most accessible, affordable and exciting competitions of speed motorcycling. This year’s great novelty is its integration into the calendar of the Spanish Superbike Championship (Esbk) and of the Royal Spanish Motorcyclist Federation (RFME), which will further raise the quality and relevance of the competition.

To adapt to the maximum to the different types of pilots, the championship will be structured in three categories: Masterreserved for participants 40 years and older; Rookiefor those with two years or less of experience in competition nationwide; and R7 CUPthe only one that gives direct access to the superfinale. As for the age requirements, participants They must be at least 15 years old and no more than 65 yearsor turn 66 during the current year. Likewise, in order to access the R7 Superfinale, the FIM regulations establish that Pilots must be between 18 and 50 years old.

Throughout the season, trophies will be granted for each race and category. At the end of the championship, the first three classified of each class will receive exchangeable vouchers for original spare parts and accessories Yamaha: 2,000 euros for the winner, 1,000 for the second and 500 for the third. As in the previous edition, Yamaha Spain will reward the “R7 Cup Spirit”, a recognition based on values ​​such as companionship, effort, respect and motivation.
