From west to east and entering the heart of Transylvania, the KTM Europe Adventure Rally 2025 will set the hearts racing for another year of a new lucky contingent of thrill-seekers behind the handlebars of a KTM. The eighth edition of this popular annual expedition will activate the reservation of places December 5, 2024 up to a maximum of 250 to live this great experience from August 25 to 29, 2025.
Last year, the Rally took place in Portugal, on the western edge of the continent. After traveling to destinations such as Italy, Greece, France and Norway in other recent editions of the event, the KTM Europe Adventure Rally now moves to the other side of the compass, with the majestic forest tracks, mountains and fields of the center of Romania ready for exploration.
From August 25 to 29, 2025, 250 riders with their KTM Adventure – almost twenty different models – will be able to take the trip of their life through the green, dense and rugged landscapes that surround the historical environment of Sibiu, almost 300 km away. northwest of Bucharest. As always, the KTM Europe Adventure Rally is designed to suit riders of all levels and abilities, prioritizing the Adventure experience, both on and off the bike.
Participants will follow the route with their own GPS, but can also join a small guided group. The choice of routes will depend on the pilot’s skill with the accelerator and his enthusiasm. The course will make memories thanks to the epic views and technical challenge of the course. It has dream topography and terrain that will highlight the best attributes of the KTM Adventure family. And for the first time, the route will include an overnight stop elsewhere.
The community atmosphere of the KTM Europe Adventure Rally is one of its best features. Emotional and inspiring moments are lived and shared, and friendships are made, regardless of nationality, age or years on a motorcycle. Each pilot brings their own touch of orange. The stories told during the day have their counterpoint in fun, prizes, rest time at night and the final farewell party.
Sibiu is the hot spot for 2025. Mountain ravines, meadows, dirt tracks, forest trails, rocky ravines and much more decorate the three-day program that also includes paved sections of the Transalpina pass (one of the higher roads traversing the Carpathian mountain range) and even an attempt to try a part of the terrifying Red Bull Romaniacs course.
