The signing of Jorge Martín for Aprilia was a surprise for several reasons. The first of these is that the Spanish was expected to continue with Ducati, and even in the factory team. That clause, always according to the published information, reflects that Martín could put an end to the contractual relationship in advance in case the RS-GP aprilia was not competitive after the first six GP, and it has been from there when everything has jumped through the air. The first thing is that it is known for sure that Jorge Martín was in Le Mans last weekend, to deal with the issue in a discreet way. The situation, in case of ending in courts, could lead to a blockade of it in which Martín could be immersed for several years, even being lost in the 2026 season if he does not want to run with the Italians.
