The BMW Motorrad RR Iberia Cup 2026the competition organized by Racetech BMSwith the sponsorship of BMW Motorrad Spainis open to participants who compete with the BMW M 1000 RR and BMW S 1000 RR, regardless of the year of manufacture of the model. The competition is planned as an amateur championship, with no age limit and no restriction by driving level.
The idea is to facilitate participation on the track with single-brand cup regulations and structure. The sports classification is divided into three technical categories (Superbike, Stock and Open), in addition to a general classification. Additionally, categories are contemplated by the condition of the pilot: Novice (beginners), Master (over 45 years old) and Females.
BMW Motorrad RR Iberia Cup: 2026 Calendar
The 2026 calendar consists of six appointments:
- May 2–3 (Circuit Ricardo Tormo, Valencia)
- May 30–31 (Jerez-Ángel Nieto Circuit)
- June 20–21 (Circuit Ricardo Tormo, Valencia)
- August 8–9 (Autódromo do Algarve, Portimão, Portugal)
- September 5–6 (Albacete Circuit)
- October 3–4 (Jerez-Ángel Nieto Circuit)
Most of the races will be held within the framework of the Spanish Speed Cup (RFME). The sports format includes free practice on Friday, two timed sessions on Saturday and Warm Up and race on Sunday. In some races, pending confirmation, a double heat format may be established (short race on Saturday and long race on Sunday).
BMW Motorrad RR Iberia Cup 2026: Registration and modalities
For 2026, three registration modalities are maintained:
- Registration per event (one test): 375 euros.
- Complete championship (season): 1,750 euros. Includes Welcome Pack.
- Premium Pack Championship (season): 2,450 euros. Includes box and mechanical service on the track, in addition to the Welcome Pack.
