This deep-rooted English tradition, until now, was carried out using horses during the route that starts from what is known as the Mansion House. However this year, by determination of the city’s mayor herself, Dame Susan Langleyit will be done by motorcycle. More than 100 participants are expected to attend, as well as a good number of companions.
According to the first details offered by the organization of “The Lady Mayor Ride Out”: “This exciting event offers motorcycle lovers the opportunity to dress up in leather and gather in the heart of the City of London to celebrate the Mayor and her first adventure as a passenger, all while raising funds for charity.”
