Pirelli presents the novel devil Powercruiser, the tire designed to offer maximum grip and manageability, even in wet conditions in custom-touring cut motorcycles.
In particular, the most sports, high -performance Bagger style, Club and Power Cruiser, which offer notable acceleration and driving levels. They are often creations of customizers that focus on the tuning of benefits combining it with aesthetic research.

The PowerCruiser Diablo range is quite articulated, both in terms of construction technology and sizes, and includes both radial and conventional specifications with dimensions ranging from 100 mm to 260 mm. Therefore, each size develops specifically in terms of structure, materials, compounds and profile design according to the motorcycle to which it is intended, adopting different specifications and solutions.
To obtain a Custom-Touring tire of maximum benefits, Pirelli’s experience in Supersport and Racing has contributed to the development of the structures. The structures modify the rigidity according to the driving style: in Touring driving mode, and therefore with lower deformation levels, the tire offers comfortable, soft and predictable driving.
On the other hand, when the style is more sporty, they increase the response as the tire deformation increases, seeking to guarantee greater direction precision, more lateral support and better control. This behavior represents the perfect balance between comfort and support, offering confidence to drivers both in relaxed driving and more sporty driving.
Radial measures have a 0 -degree steel belt that contributes to a well -controlled deformation of the footprint, resulting in a better tire adaptability to all inclination angles and a better distribution of tension on the contact surface. This provides a great advantage in terms of grip and regularity in wear.
As for the compounds, the rear radial measures are double composed and enriched with silica, combined with the Cap & Base technology that provides a softer side compound for the benefit of the grip in inclination. This is complemented by a harder compound substrate also placed in the central part of the rolling band, which guarantees consistency of performance and thermal equilibrium.
The size of the central band of the compound varies in relation to the size of the tire and the contact area, to guarantee the best distribution of forces and thus offer the best possible conduction feeling and uniform wear. The Cap & Base compounds scheme offers great performance during sports driving, while the use of silica provides a broader operating temperature range that promotes a high level of grip, even in wet conditions and performance consistency.
Fast heating and grip even on wet surfaces are achieved thanks to an innovative and specifically developed mixture of resins, plasticizers and silica present in the composition of the compounds. In addition, the exclusive and patented Pirelli mixture process maximizes the dispersion of all components in the polymer matrix to achieve a high level of homogeneity.
Diablo Powercruiser tires are multirradio and more pointed than those that are usually used in the Custom-Touring segment, to offer greater manageability and very rapid direction changes, while the shoulder area, the flatter, offers a greater grip and adherence to the trajectory in the curves.
The optimized height of the flanks provides excellent traction both in straight acceleration and in curves. The balance between the front and rear contour allows excellent driving control and neutral behavior of the motorcycle. Finally, in terms of design and finishes, the new devil Powercruiser has all the measures taken by Pirelli for all the latest products launched to the market.
The high contrast finish of the registration with the name of the product on the tire flank gives it an elegant appearance. The “flash” icon and the devil logo symbolize the identity and legacy of the family of products to which this tire belongs.
