This is how TVS Motor prepares its international leap with a great novelty at EICMA 2025

In just a few weeks, the most important brands in the two-wheeled sector will parade through the multiple stands at EICMA 2025. Among them, TVS Motor, which has already announced on its social networks how it will unveil a new prototype of its next model, probably based on the platform that the long-awaited BMW F 450 GS will debut this year.

Although they have not confirmed what type of mount it will be, some international media speculate about the possibility of an ADV type model. Others speak of a Apache RR 450 new generation. What is undoubted, regardless of the segment for which this interesting novelty is intended, is the fact that TVS Motor will raise its commercial and strategic status within the world of motorcycles a notch.

TVS Motor and its international expansion in 2026

By reviewing the latest corporate movements of the Indian company, we can elucidate how it is gaining relevance on an international level. Without going any further, in recent weeks we have seen how it has confirmed its arrival to the Iberian Peninsula with the help of Grupo Multimoto. It has also strengthened its presence in Europe with a Global Center of Excellence in Design and Engineering in Bologna.

In purely commercial matters, TVS Motor recently presented its new Apache RTX 300, thus debuting in the low-displacement ADV category and expanding its commercial range towards one of the segments currently most in demand by fans. Starting from this latest news and guided by the most recent information on the brand’s general plans, it is logical to believe that the announced star concept with which they will adorn their stand at the Milan exhibition is not an ADV mount developed on the F 450 GS platform.

It makes more sense to think that the teaser released by the company is directly related to a new Apache RR 450. Basically, because BMW will officially present its 2026 F 450 GS and it is unlikely that in its debut TVS will also show its particular version of the model, not even in prototype form. In fact, Bike Wale’s colleagues say something very interesting in this regard:

“Given both companies’ work on the old 310cc platform, it is evident that the German company will launch a 450cc adventure bike first, while TVS is cleared to launch a sports bike.”

Taking a look at the synergies and times used in the collaboration agreement between both brands, it makes perfect sense for TVS Motor to wait a few months and even a full season to present and launch its medium-displacement ADV model based on the imminent F 450 GS 2026.

TVS Motor is preparing the launch of a new medium-displacement model: Will it be based on the platform of the expected F 450 GS?

It will not be until a few weeks from now when we will clear up our doubts; In any case, whether it is a prototype based on the German mount or an evolution of the current Apache RR 310, the commercial rise of TVS Motor is clearer than ever, taking into account that either of the two aforementioned models would be destined almost entirely for the main international markets.
