HJC Helmets launches its new RPHA 1 V2 Carbon Le Mans 3a new model of racing helmet developed in collaboration with the MotoGP rider and world champion, Fabio Quartararo. The new Carbon Le Mans 3 design is inspired by the French national flag, incorporating its three symbolic colors in an elegant composition alongside Fabio Quartararo’s characteristic Diablo character. Instead of using a conventional black base, HJC has chosen to apply a natural carbon base, which preserves the authentic texture of the material and provides the sought-after sporty appearance.
As HJC’s flagship competition model, the RPHA 1 V2 Carbon Le Mans 3 is built to the exact same specifications as the helmets used by MotoGP riders on the track. Designed based on feedback from some of these competitors, it represents the highest level of performance, fit and protection on and off the track.
Thanks to HJC’s advanced engineering capabilities, the helmet complies with the latest European safety regulations. ECE 22.06 and also has the FRHPhe-02 certification (FIM Racing Homologation Programme), a homologation reserved exclusively for use in competition. This allows users to enjoy levels of protection developed specifically for the demands of top-level competition.
The carbon shell reflects all the technical knowledge accumulated by HJC. With excellent elasticity, great impact dispersion capacity and extremely light weight, this material is ideal for a high-performance helmet. As a result, the RPHA 1 V2 Carbon reaches a weight of approximately 1,400 g (+/- 50 g) in size M, which helps reduce rider fatigue during high-speed driving and maximizes overall performance.
