The announcement by Kawasaki of his new Ninja ZX-4R SE/ZX-4RR 2026surely, those followers of the Akashi brand in general will have pleasantly comforted, and all the lovers of the “Hi-Sport” mounts in particular. A model that, since it reached the market in the 2023 season, has become a true object of desire of many fans of this segment.
Kawasaki maintains the two versions of the ZX-4R Ninja for 2026
After almost three years in the market, Kawasaki has just announced that its ZX-4R ninja will remain in force for another year within its range of models. In addition, it will make it true to the two versions that are marketed so far: Ninja ZX-4R SE and ZX-4RR. Both propelled by the rabid tetracylindric of 399 cc “doped” as standard with the already mythical Ram-Air of the brand.
In its Full Power version, Kawasaki announces a maximum power of 77 to 14,500 rpm, although since the beginning of this year 2025 we also have the option of getting the variant destined to please all those holders of the A2, limited in this case to 48 hp.
All this without forgetting the possibility of getting the services of the exclusive ZX-4RR Endowed as standard with a BFRC-Lite rear mono-lite from Showa, the same one used by her older sister, the ZX-10R ninja.
Thus, in the face of next season, the standard variant of the model will be marketed under two new color schemes, as already announces the brand itself from its official website:
- Pearl robotic white x bright black metallic
- Gray Metalized Matte Steel X Metallic Black Black
For its part, the RR version will continue to maintain the Lima Green, characteristic of the model, with details in the brand’s blue and white corporate. Both versions will be put on sale Next September 1 And we do not know if those same colors will finally be marketed in Europe, something that would seem to us a nonsense taking into account how good they feel to the sports exciting of the Japanese firm.
