Giacomo Agostini, Gustl Auinger, Casey Stoner, Andrea Dovizioso, Loris Capirossi, Toni Mang, Tom Lüthi, Luca Cadalora, Simon Crafar and Dani Pedrosa. All of them are the protagonists of the Legends Paradethe new corporate event promoted by Red Bull within the acts that will be carried out in the MotoGP Austria 2025 GP.
Legends Parade will become an emblematic parade of pilots legend
After MotoGP’s summer pause, the Motorcycling World Cup returns with more force even if possible. If in sports it seems that in these first measures there will be not too many surprises, with a Marc Márquez a priori almost unbeatable, the organization of the Austrian GP has officially presented the new Legends Parade initiative.
As detailed on the official website of the circuit: “Austrian motorcycling Grand Prize fans will enjoy a special experience during the race weekend, from August 15 to 17: in the first parade of Red Bull legends, which will be held along with MotoGP, numerous motorcycling icons of the past will go to the track on classical motorcycles.”
All of them will go around the Austrian circuit to the legendary competition motorcycles. For example, Luca Cadalora will pilot a Yamaha Yzr 500 of 1998, while Loris Capirossi will do the same in an RSW 250 aprilia of the same year. It will also be present in this legends Parade Andrea Dovizioso, twice runner -up in the 250 cc category and three times runner -up in MotoGP.
The Italian pilot will travel the Austrian track on the back of the Yamaha Yzr500 of 1986 with which Eddy Lawson would achieve the world title in the 1987 season. Among those chosen for this first edition of the event is also Dani Pedrosa. The world -world tricampeon in the categories of 125 cc and 250 cc, and three times runner -up in MotoGP, will parade piloting the Red Bull Ktm Factory 250 Frr of 2008, with which Hiroshi Aoyama ended seventh in the World Championship of that same year.
Finally, we can enjoy seeing, once again, the mythical Casey Stoner piloting a MotoGP. Specifically, the Honda RC213V-S of 2015. The one that is considered one of the most talented motorcycling pilots in history, will delight the audience again with its unmistakable way of piloting.
