He KV50 is the result of years of innovation and dedication by the Italian firm’s R&D team. This helmet is designed for those who need to be prepared for any challenge, as it can be transformed into a full-face helmet for long rides or into a jet helmet for enjoying the urban breeze.
Kappa KV50 in detail
The KV50 is a modular helmet made of thermoplastic material with a hypoallergenic, removable and washable interior. It includes a screen prepared for Pinlock lenses along with retractable smoked goggles. It also has a ventilation system to improve the rider’s comfort, consisting of upper and chin air intakes and an extractor. In addition, there is a micrometric closure, removable nose guard and specific wind guard.
The new KV50 helmet is certified with a double P/J approval in accordance with the regulations ECE 22R06, the most recent and demanding to date. This means that the helmet has passed impact tests with 12 new points, as well as high and low speed tests and the oblique impact test. In terms of design, this new Kappa helmet has a sport-touring style, marked by the use of straight lines mixed with prints and geometric shapes.
It is available in two different graphics:
- The Escalade with 5 combinations: matte black/titanium/red, matte titanium/yellow, verni blue/black/red, verni titanium/pink and matte silver/titanium
- The Solid in three different solid colors: matte black, matte titanium and gloss white.
