BMW Motorrad looks towards the future of fully electric scooters, as confirmed by the brand in its last corporate statement, where they confirm their assistance to the IAA Mobility 2025. An event that will take place in Munich and will become the nerve center of mobility, sustainability and technological innovation under the motto “Mobility is the key.”
BMW Motorrad will present at IAA Mobility 2025 its new CE 02 and CE 04 2026
After confirming its assistance to the IAA Mobility 2025, BMW Motorrad has announced that it will present the Premium BMW Electric Scooters BMW CE 02 and BMW CE 04 in the location of the city center. The BMW Motorrad Vision CE will also offer visitors an exciting view of the brand about the future of electric scooters in metropolitan environments.
Recently, BMW Motorrad announced its new 2026 variant of CE 04, including the BASIC variant, which presents a UNI Lightwhite body color combined with a Black-Grey seat and a transparent windshield. The Avantgarde finish occurs in the body color Gravity Blue Metallic Matt, while the exclusive version presents the Spacesilver Metallic body color combined with exclusive vinyl.
At the technical level, the BMW CE 04 2026 offers a maximum power of 31 kW (42 hp), with an acceleration declared from 0 to 50 km/h of 2.6 seconds and a maximum speed is 120 km/h. It also has a battery of 60.6 AH (8.9 kWh), which provides an autonomy of about 130 kilometers (version A1: 100 km).
For its part, CE 02 is positioned as an agile, practical and simplified vehicle to the maximum in terms of design, in cyclomotor versions and A1. In its Full-Power version it offers a power of 11 kW (15 hp) and a maximum speed of 95 km/h. That is, approval of 125 cc. As for the factory, the factory includes an external serial loader in the less powerful version (with a power of 0.9 kW) and, optionally, an original BMW rapid charger with a 1.5 kW load power. In the 11 kW version the fast charger comes standard.
Likewise, the IAA Mobility 2025, as in previous years, the family area in the open space invites visitors to participate and enjoy a moment of relaxation at the same time. Children, adolescents and families can expect creative attractions such as LEGO construction areas, a Disney+ Dance Challenge with Lilo & Stitch, craft activities and a water station.
