We have all heard, especially those who already have an age, of the Azores Islands. From there José Antonio Maldonado “sent us” the storms or the anticyclones in the 80s and 90s. Maybe some also want to sound something for Antonio Ozores, but that we know the Valencian actor had nothing to do with the overseas islands, only that his last name sounded similar.
The one who has to do, at least from now on, is Charley Boorman, who has encouraged himself to carry out a new adventure although this time without Ewan McGregor. It is not that Boorman’s good has decided to go alone, because he has gone along with Stefan Klabunde, the Tourthech CEO, the motorcycle adventure accessories brand.
Together they have traveled San Miguel, the largest island of an archipelago that is in the middle of the Atlantic, to just over 1,300 kilometers from the Portuguese continental coast and that is a real madness in terms of landscapes.
A trip on such a small island gives a lot in Boorman’s adventure
As for San Miguel, the island that Boorman and Kabunde have chosen for their joint adventure, has only 60 kilometers long by 10 wide in some places, but as you can see in the documentary they have created of their trip gives for a lot of adventure.
