Dust Hightail: LiveWire sets a date for its new electric motocross motorcycle and previews another surprise

It’s been almost two years since Dust Motorcyclea North American startup focused on the design and manufacturing of electric vehicles, opened the reservation period for its first motorcycle model, the Hightail. Then the brand stated that we were facing “a high performance motocross frame” that was announced at the time 42 HP of power and 660 Nm of maximum torque.

LiveWire’s acquisition of Dust Moto

Only a few months later we learned that LiveWire had taken over all the company’s assets. The main idea behind this operation was from the beginning to take advantage of the platform developed by Dust Moto, combining it with its own industrial, technological and commercial capacity, with the ultimate goal of launching a new range of electric off-road motorcycles.
