Jannik Sinner wins his match against the motorcycle driving test in the “5th SET”

Jannik Sinner He is one of those guys who have earned the respect and admiration of all of us who eagerly follow the world of tennis. This despite being one of the rivals, if not the most, of our favorite ATP player from Murcia: Carlos Alcaraz. In any case, these days, the Italian tennis player has been on everyone’s lips for a matter that has nothing to do with the racket and the tennis courts.

Few things have resisted Sinner so much

We are referring to the motorcycle driving license. There have been five times that good old Sinner has had to take the exam, although it is not very clear how many are related to the theoretical part and how many are related to the technical section. What is evident is that, if Sinner already had a B license, he would only show up for the motorcycle license practices.

It is also true that before this last part you should have taken the specific motorcycle exam. In total, there are three tests that must be passed before you are given your A2 driving license. As explained by Moto IT, “The driving school’s publication does not clarify which part of the exam caused the failures” and they conclude by clarifying, “We prefer not to speculate further, waiting for Jannik to tell us his experience”.

“There is no bad fifth”

Using the bullfighting expression “there is no bad fifth”, in reference to the number of bulls in a bullfight, we can apply this same criterion to Sinner’s training experience in the driving school in charge of training him as a driver, Manaco Bonne Conduite. It published an image on its social networks where we can see the professor of said entity next to Sinner.

Next to the photograph we can read: “Thank you very much @janniksin for your trust and kindness. A big congratulations on the success of your motorcycle license, we are very proud to have accompanied you throughout this training.” Without a doubt the “training” has been long and tortuous, although we suppose that for Sinner it has been worth it.

Now we can safely say that getting your motorcycle license is more complicated than winning a tennis Grand Slam. At least for Sinner. The Italian won his first title of this type on the first attempt, at the 2024 Australian Open, after coming back from two sets down and defeating Daniil Medvedev 3-6, 3-6, 6-4, 6-4, 6-3… A true feat within the reach of very few.
