Macbor Eight Mile 125 EVO 2026

Macbor continues to expand its catalog of models inspired by the adventurous and urban spirit with the new Eight Mile 125 EVO 2026, an evolution that reinterprets the classic scrambler philosophy under current technological standards. This prototype combines the timeless off-road aesthetics of the 60s with modern technical equipment and a level of equipment more typical of larger displacement motorcycles.

The Eight Mile 125 EVO 2026 comes to become a gateway to the scrambler world within the Macbor range, ideal for those looking for a motorcycle with character, style and versatility. It retains the free and carefree air of light off-road vehicles, but adds details such as complete color instrumentation, full LED lighting and a latest generation engine that improves performance without losing reliability or smoothness.

Engine of the Macbor Eight Mile 125 EVO 2026

The heart of the 2026 Eight Mile 125 EVO is a 4-stroke single-cylinder, 4 valves and DOHC distribution, with liquid cooling and EFI Delphi electronic injection. With its 124.2 cc, it develops a maximum power of 9.3 kW (12.6 HP) at 9,500 rpm and a torque of 9.6 Nm at 7,500 rpm, figures that place it among the most performant in its segment.

The propeller incorporates a balance shaft to reduce vibrations, something highly valued in urban driving and highway sections. Its six-speed gearbox allows you to take optimal advantage of power delivery, always maintaining the ideal speed. As a whole, the engine offers a lively and linear response, perfect both for moving around the city and for enjoying tracks or secondary roads.

Chassis, suspensions and brakes of the Macbor Eight Mile 125 EVO 2026

The cycle part has also been subject to a thorough review. The steel frame combines robustness with agile geometry, maintaining a wheelbase of 1,436 mm and a contained weight of only 146 kg, which guarantees ease of handling and very intuitive driving.

In the front we find a 38 mm hydraulic inverted fork, while at the rear there is a monoshock with a linkage system, adjustable in compression. This set allows you to reliably absorb the irregularities of asphalt or dirt roads, ensuring comfort and stability.

The braking system is up to the task: a 298 mm front disc with a triple-piston floating caliper and a 240 mm rear disc with a single-piston caliper provide powerful and meterable braking, with the assistance of ABS and traction control (TCS) to increase safety on any surface.

Technology and equipment of the Macbor Eight Mile 125 EVO 2026

Macbor wanted this scrambler to not only stand out for its design, but also for its technological level. The digital instrumentation with color LCD screen offers all the information in a clear and modern way, with graphics that are readable even in broad daylight.

The Full LED lighting in the headlight, turn signals and taillight improves visibility and reinforces its neo-retro aesthetic. In addition, the Eight Mile 125 EVO 2026 includes elements that are uncommon in a motorcycle in its category, such as:

  • Keyless start (Keyless)
  • Traction control system (TCS)
  • Tire pressure monitoring (TPMS)
  • USB and Type C charging ports

All these details elevate the user experience and underline Macbor’s commitment to offering affordable motorcycles but with top-level equipment.

Colors and options of the Macbor Eight Mile 125 EVO 2026

Although it is still a prototype, the Eight Mile 125 EVO 2026 maintains the classic spirit that characterizes the saga. Its aesthetics combine rounded lines, a metal tank with clean shapes, high fenders and mixed tires mounted on spoked wheels (18” front and 17” rear).

The final version is expected to retain this mix between vintage and contemporary, with color schemes inspired by the earth and metallic tones typical of the original scrambler. In addition, Macbor could offer a line of accessories that includes protectors, grills, side cases and customizable details.

Price and availability of the Macbor Eight Mile 125 EVO 2026

Although the brand has not yet confirmed its price or exact launch date, the 2026 Macbor Eight Mile 125 EVO is expected to hit the market next year, placing itself in the premium 125 cc segment and competing with highly equipped retro-style models.

On the other hand, Macbor has presented the Eight Mile 300 concept with it, a vision of what its future mid-range scrambler could be. Equipped with a 249.2 cc and 26 HP engine, traction control, ABS, KYB suspensions and Nissin brakes, this prototype anticipates the technological and aesthetic evolution that the Spanish brand has prepared for its upcoming launches.
