Just a week ago we had access to the first images of the future SRK 921 SV, a neo-retro looking sports bike “strongly inspired” by the design of the well-known MV Agusta Superveloce. As we already know, QJMotor and MV Agusta closed a collaboration agreement last September 2020, by which the former would help in the distribution of MV Agusta in China.
The thing is that these terms have subsequently been expanded, and the Asian firm now uses the well-known mechanics that MV Agusta motorcycles carried until not long ago. It is likely that the SRK 921 SV will be equipped with most of the elements that the SRK 921 RR already has, including the inline four-cylinder engine of 921 ccfrom which are extracted 129 hp at 10,000 rpm.

Now, thanks to our colleagues at Motorrad Online, we have been able to find out in even more detail what this SRK 921 SV will be like in its final version. In addition, there is speculation that in Europe it could end up being called under the initials “SV9” or “Nine 21”Needless to say, the final price would be well below what MV Agusta requires to be able to obtain the services of its 2024 Superveloce.
However, this does not prevent the SRK 921 SV from being very close to the Italian standards, both visually and technologically. To achieve this, the Asian firm has used a classic fairing dominated by a round headlight with LED lighting. Behind the rider, the bike also displays the same appearance, while other details, such as the flashing system or the rear-view mirrors anchored to the ends of the handlebars, take care of the rest in terms of aesthetics.
In terms of technical aspects, in addition to the aforementioned four-cylinder engine inherited from the Italian firm, there are key elements that are responsible for granting the premium aura that the Superveloce range possesses. We are talking about technical resources such as the single-sided swingarm, the quadruple exhaust outlet or a set of wheels that show a different design on both axles.
To complete this compendium, the SRK 921 SV has a top-level braking system and suspension and all the equipment accessories required on a motorcycle of this type and category. Among them a complete digital instrument panel, we assume the same or similar to the one shown on the new SRK 921 RR. We are talking about a 5” full-colour TFT screen to which we should add a six-axis IMU or a Full-HD front camera, almost certainly.
In the absence of precise details from the brand itself, it is very likely that this SRK 921 SV will be officially presented in the short term. Perhaps EICMA 2024 will be the place chosen by QJMotor to present it in European territory. We do not know at what price, but, taking into account the price of the SRK 921 RR, we can already tell you that it will not be far from it in this regard, around 9,000 euros.
