Zero Motorcycles announced a few days ago the appointment of Pierre-Martin Bos as the brand’s new CEO. Bos will succeed Sam Paschel, who will move into a senior board advisory role after eight years of transformational leadership.
Bos joins Zero at a crucial time of expansion, bringing more than two decades of experience in the international automotive industry to guide the company into its next era of growth.

For his part, Paschel leaves behind a legacy of vision and execution. During his tenure, he consolidated Zero on the global electric motorcycle scene and laid the foundations to remain at the forefront of the electrification of two-wheeled mobility. Paschel guided the company through a period of rapid innovation and expansion, launching its adventure DSR/X model and introducing the brand’s X line to expand access to electric off-road driving.
Additionally, he was responsible for securing key strategic alliances and financing, and growing the company’s presence in more than 30 countries. Paschel’s commitment to quality, customer experience and team culture has laid the foundations for Zero’s future to remain a reference within the EV sector.
