One more year, in which it is already the fourth edition of the event, the Moto Tourism Awards enjoyed full success for both the participation of people related to the sector, as well as the impeccable organization of the gala.
Last Saturday, June 21, the trophy delivery gala took place at the 16 categories of the 2025 Motorcycle Tourism Awardsheld in Navacerrada (Madrid). One more year was a resounding success, with the participation of More than 200 people from all sectors of tourism and motorcycles.
2025 Moto Tourism Awards: Passion for motorcycles and trips
The activities began with a beautiful 200 km route through the Sierra de Guadarrama, passing through Miraflores, the port of Canencia, Puerto de Navacerrada, Puerto de boat, and Cruz Verde, where the food took place. In the afternoon, the trophy delivery ceremony was attended by the general director of Tourism and Territorial Promotion of the Government of La Rioja, mayors and councilors of Navacerrada and Becerril, candidates of all categories, presidents of Moto Clubs, journalists and great travelers who completed the capacity of the theater of the House of Culture of Navacerrada.
The attendees enjoyed, live, the emotion of the opening of the envelopes with the proclamation of the winners obtained after the vote of 136 members of the multidisciplinary jury, in a ceremony presented by Valentín Requena and Alexia Cue. The new audiovisual production category fell to the photojournalist and great motorcycle traveler José María Algersuari, that showed a video of a return to the world with surprising ending.
The peak moment occurred at the end of the gala, with the delivery of the prize of honor to Juan Porcar, to which the organization had prepared a surprise. Opening the backdrop appeared on stage two motorcycles; OSSA 350 Desert and BMW R 80 g/s. Motorcycles with which Juan Porcar participated in the Paris Dakar rally in the years 1982 and 1983.
During the dinner/cocktail, a beautiful collection of travel motorcycles and faces from around the world, and the three winning motorcycles in the center of the exhibition hall for admiration of all participants.
All sectors of tourism and biker bikes shared projects, experiences and new projects in an environment of great friendship with the common link of passion for motorcycles and travel. The 2025 Moto Tourism Awards improve every year with an increasingly sophisticated and full of surprises gala.
