Ducati Spain and Portugal celebrated yesterday its Annual Concessionaires Convention In Barcelona, a key event that brought together the 30 dealers of the brand in both countries.
This meeting, held at the prestigious ESAD Business School, allowed a balance of the successful 2024 and sharing the strategic lines by 2025, consolidating the achievements achieved by the Burgo Panigale brand in the region.
ANNUAL CONVENTION OF DUCATI CONCESSIONARIES IN DETAIL
During the event, the excellent results of the first year of operations of Ducati Spain & Portugalsince January 1, 2024 became commercially marketed and distributed under the Audi umbrella, within Volkswagen Group Spain Distribution. This milestone marked an important step for the brand in its expansion and strengthening in the Iberian Peninsula, which has translated into a 10% increase in sales, being one of the markets that has grown more in the world.
Along the same lines, Portugal has marked the historical sales record in an exercise and new records have been reached at the level of quality and customer satisfaction. The Annual Concessionaires Convention in ESAD was chaired by Carlos T. López PaniselloGeneral director of Ducati Spain & Portugal, a space that was not chosen as a result of chance: “From here some of the best entrepreneurs in the country have come out and, the fact of gathering in this space is a declaration of intentions.”
The Annual Concessionaires Convention was attended by the sector’s key figures, such as Francisco Pérez Botello, president of Volkswagen Group Spain Distribution, Alberto Teichman, General Director of Audi Spain, Stefan Kneffel, Financial Director of VGED, Andreas Gruber, CEO of VWFS Spain, and João Rias, CEO of Vwfs Portugal.
Among concessionaires, managers and representatives of the brand, 80 people participated who had the opportunity to see closely the latest news of the manufacturer of Bologna, such as the Panigale V4 S and the multistrade V4 s, two models that continue to mark the course in terms of Innovation, performance and design. In addition, an outstanding point of this annual concessionaires convention was an inspiring talk of Sete Gibernau, sharing his experience and vision of the evolution of Ducati in recent years.
