The first of them at the controls of a Ducati 999, sponsored at that time by the textile manufacturer Fila.
Three years later, Toseland did the same with this CBR1000RR Fireblade that is now for sale at the British dealer The Bike Specialists, located in Sheffield. The “Tenkateracing” Honda Fireblade is supplied by James Toseland, who has offered to personally deliver the bike to its new owner and sign it for them.”
To which Toseland adds: “Here it is! My 2007 Ten Kate World Championship winning Honda! It has been my pride and joy at home for 17 years and holds some of my fondest memories of my racing career. It gave me the double victory at Brands Hatch on that memorable weekend, where 126,000 fans cheered the bike across the finish line to win both races. He was able to beat a factory Ducati with the great Troy Bayliss on board at Phillip Island.”
Concludes: “He was able to beat Max Biaggi in Brno. Two of my biggest wins in my career aboard this incredible motorcycle that year. As Toseland points out, the motorcycle has been part of his private collection since that same 2007 season.
