The patents of a QJMotor that could actually be an MV Agusta are leaked

QJMotor is ready to give a new blow to the market with its latest sports bike. A motorcycle that has been registered in the Chinese intellectual property office and that, beyond what the images may suggest in terms of the design itself, has a very striking appearance. And if we look closely, the motorcycle has the MV Agusta logo

You may be wondering where that logo appears, since the bike is completely white. The secret is pretty well hidden. You have to look at one of the images presented in which you can see the engine block and in it, the profile of the logo of the Italian brand. It is not visible in its entirety, but the MV Agusta logo is unmistakable.

Traits of MV Agusta, QJMotor patent and future to know

It is curious, because at first glance there are no major elements that could make us think that we are looking at an MV Agusta motorcycle. At the end of the day, we could say that the lines are quite generic, although there may be clues such as the multi-tubular chassis or the single-sided swingarm. But the reality is that although the Italian brand uses it, it is not something exclusive to the count's firm.

As for the engine, it seems from the details that the colleagues at Motorcycle.com leak to us, that there is no doubt that we are looking at the inline four-cylinder that the Italian brand showed at the EICMA 2022 as a concept, the 921 S.

Of course, with the little that is seen, it cannot be certain whether the differences that can be seen are real or simply differences due to the design. Perhaps it could bring changes for its entry into production, which would make it aesthetically not the same as the one seen in Milan.

Aesthetically it has a sharp line

In any case, what we do know is that despite all these aesthetic and engine influences, we are looking at a motorcycle that has been registered in the Asian country as QJMotor and, to be exact, with the name SRK 921 RR. But this does not completely rule out the option of seeing it as MV Agusta, especially when both brands have been collaborating for a long time.

Of course, there is one detail that we cannot lose sight of before continuing to dream about this possible new MV Agusta, and that is that the patent was presented on October 17, 2023 and that means that it is prior to the acquisition. majority that Pierer Mobility made months later. A little more uncertainty in the face of a sports team that could arrive, or that could be forgotten due to commercial agreements. And that last one would be a shame…
